Wiper Door and Deck Vent Screws

Were the screws that hold down the Wiper Door & Deck vents on a "71" painted or unpainted from factory. Thanks: Also this is my first post

Hi JDC 365, According to my copy of NCRS 70-72 Judging Manual the vent screws are "black oxide, fillister head cross recess machine screws." Hope this helps, tt72.

Hi JDC365, I forgot to look up the rear deck vent grilles, sorry! Those screws are "black oxide, cross recess flat head sheet metal screws." The first response I gave was for the windshield vent grill. I am sorry I was not more careful, brain fog happens sometimes! tt72
