Wiper switch, 1969 350/300HP

I am in the process of putting the inside back together and I can no longer get the wiper motor to work. It was working fine earlier so it hopefully was something I did in the wiring on the firewall?

I am getting a clicking sound out of the siwtch seloniod on the firewall but no movement of the wipers.

Anyone have any ideas where to start or a diagram on a 69 that shows conncetions.The lights work so I dont think it is vaccum but not sure.
Any help would be certainly appreciated.
