Get the stuff in the tin. It's great for polishing aluminum and the cotton wad makes it last a long time. in fact, I think half of the polishing is from the cotton. All you need is a little tiny wad of the stuff for a whole wheel.
 
I think Wizards is manufactured here in southern California, but I can't remember where now, although I do remember my local parts store guy having a hard time ordering small (less than a case) quantities.

I've used Wixard's or another metal polish with the same name. It was given to me by a friend in the restoration business. I've tried to obtain some ever since but to no avail. Guess I ain't tryin' hard enough, but people keep giving me new stuff to try. :L
