Yes I have. The actual hook up of the lights and ballast is not that hard, the difficult part is getting the HID bulb in and locked in place w/o touching it. (this would be the same if you where replacing the OEM bulb) The other part that is not so easy is mounting the ballast so its not flopping around up there. I got the slim digital ballasts so they are very small and easy to find a place to mount. If you have any questions about bulb color or a good in-expensive place to get them let me know.


IMO its not technically difficult but more of a physical challenge.

I don't know a thing about bulbs, but that is a beautiful Corvette ! you should be proud of what you built.
