XM Radio Question

I am thinking about buying a 2006 coupe, but it does not have xm installed from the factory. Is this difficult to add on? Is the factory radio xm ready or will I need to purchase an xm reciever along with the antenna? Where do you mount the antenna at? I am afraid everyone is going to say on the trunk, but i thought the factory was hiding the antenna's somewhere they cannot be seen. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I cannot speak to the ease of adding XM radio. However, the antennae for XM are located in the outside rearview mirrors for the 2006 and later Vettes.
