Tom Bryant and I are off to CruiseFest, but we'll expect to find the furniture and silver intact when we return. ;)

Wish the rest of you were going too. Oh well, we'll try to have a good time in spite of your absence. :gap

Enjoy your trip!!! Hope Heaven treats you as well as you have treated her.

Wish I could go.

Bob,

Wish we could be there with you guys but some of us will just have to depend on you to take some great pictures and a recap of your trip.

Have a great trip! :upthumbs

Can we go O/T now? This is the attack cat that protects my house. She's just taking a rest after a hummingbird challenged our front door and alarm system. But she'll be back in action....soon....Well maybe after her tuna feast.

Hey Mac, Ever heard of Ayotte Drums? My son got a set from them several years ago, they're somewhere in BC but not sure if they are close to Vancouver.

As in http://www.ayottedrums.com/? They're in the Greater Vancouver area. Their factory used to be in Vancouver, as I understand, but they're out in 'burbs now. Excellent quality, 25 year guarantee, etc. They used to do direct sales from the factory but they cut that out a few years back. I'm more into guitars myself but one must admire fine workmanship.

VNV,

That was about a year ago, July 2004BP (before paint). Our Club rented the track for a day. See link for location. We have three days scheduled for this year.

My 327/300/Powerglide ran 16.0 @ 87mph. I believe the 2004 convertible came in at 13.4 @ 108mph. Someone mentioned that they could have finished a cigarette before I made it to the end of the track....I should have been given a trophy for slowest car of the day!
