Z06 manifold? vortex rammer?

Has anyone tried these 2 mods on a C5? I got a zip catalog
yesterday, and I was surprised at the hp gains for replacing
the MAF, Throttle body, air box, and intake manifold (replace
with Z06). All these looked cheap and promised big gains.

Are these ads for real?

I've done both ... VaraRam cold air & GM Z06 intake .. both helped , but the VaraRam I could really feel the difference immediately ...

I agree with noticed performance after installation of LS-6 Intake and the Vararam Ram Air.

Just a note, GM started putting the LS6 intake manifold in the LS1 in 2002 forward. I think there is a bulletin out stating that on the '01 LS1 with a whistling noise to replace intake with the LS6 intake manifold. Just my $0.02 worth.
