Z06 Sway Bars?

Would the Z06 sway bars be much of an upgrade from the stock Z51 sway bars on my FRC? I'm also looking at some Bilstein sport shocks on the car as well to improve handling. Any suggestions?

C5 Z06 sway bars will make a difference; also C6 Z51/Z06 sway bars (same bars) will bolt in as well.

Starting in 2000, only the front sway bars were different between Z51 and Z06. For your 1999:
Z51 = 25.4r / 21.7f
Z06 = 28.6r / 23.6f
