CrossFire or LT4?

I have a 84 vette with crossfire.Rod is knocking and have to pull it out.I also have a rebuilt 95 LT4 with aftermarket cam and new transmission.Which 1 should i put in?Is it hard to interchange?I do not want to make car worthless.Which is best route?

LT4 of Course. You'll need a Wiring Harness and all the Sensors naturally,A PCM ,Exhaust with Cats.....Yes,it can be done.Might buy a Doner car????
