Thanks
Ken

I do not think it can be done with your underhood as it is....
the English vette might have something similar because of the rt hand steering, but you have everything else laying along the edge of the hood seal where the prop would have to live....you MIGHT be able to fit the rt hand brace if the a/c lines and other stuff is tucked in just right. The hood mount should not be an issue.

I've seen some alternative supports that folded and locked in place. Can't tell you where to look, but they reduce the space required in some cases. As long as your hood shocks are good, the support can be very minimal. Mine stays up by itself, but I won't climb under there without the brace locked!

The hood prop on the '84 & '85 IS on the passenger side. Maybe one of these folding style props could be fitted to your new '90.

As I recall, the holes in the hood are different for those than the later cars.:w

Guys with Prochargers have done it before.
Just need to fab a new mount for the bottom strut pivot or mod existing one .The holes that mount bottom bracket and inner wheel well support are same side for side, so bracket just needs to be mirror image
The bracket on hood can be transferred to other side; just need some way of being securely mounted

Export cars were all LHD .Any RHD conversion done OS doesn't involve changing the strut
position
