Hi CAJUN C4,
Try going to the page that has your thumbnail images. Below the photos, you will see three separate lines that read:

URL
TAG
IMG

Go to the last one (URL) copy the full line of the type in that block and paste it into the window that you type your posts in.

Give it a shot, I will try to help you as much as I can!
