C6 Wheels on a C5

I have a C5 with the stock wheels. I have someone selling me a set of 2008 C6 chrome wheels for a really good price. Does anyone knows if they will fit the C5 Corvette?. Thank you.

If they are stock C6 wheels, the bolt pattern is correct but the rear offset is wrong (a C6 is narrower). You will need hub-centric spacers for proper fit on the rears. C6 replica wheels do not usually have this issue because they are made with proper offset for C5.

I called the guy and told him that I was not going to get them. I will go ahead and get some wheels made for the C5. It is a shame because it was a great deal, but I want to get the right ones even if I have to pay more. I just can’t seem to make up my mind about the wheels I want, too many choices. I did see some wheels on the thread that XLR8 pointed to, that I really liked. The CCW 505a. I really like the C6 Z06 wheels too. We will see.
