Help! 1991 L98, is there a failure code for bad ECM?

I have been having issue with my 21k miles 1991 L98,,, running rough, replaced a bunch of stuff, has progessed to no start mode. car throwing no codes...is there a definitive code for ECM failure? will the info diagnsotics continue to work and generate no codes if the ECM itself is bad? thanks for your help

Have you done any diagnostic tests? Are you still showing 36DTC? Why are you thinking the ECM is bad? What is the car doing?

What have you checked...do you have spark...fuel pressure ok? does the fuel pump.run for a couple of seconds when you first turn on the key....noid light blinking at the injector connector while cranking....How old is the fuel ( I'm asking because you only have 21K on the car) Did you recently buy the Vette.

There are definitive codes for ECM failure/problems...more often then not though I've seen them bad w/no codes...I've also seen many replaced which did not fix the problem. Before replacing the ECM however.... since yours is a "won't start"...check the basics first Fuel(good fuel)...properly timed spark....air into the cylinders and compression. I don't know if you have a FSM or not ..if you don't it's money well spent--the diagnostics are very helpful with problems like you are having. Just my 2 cents.
