If you do decide the part the car out I see several parts that I would be very interested in taking off your hands. Particularly the Miniram II, the throttle body and the AFR heads (with rockers). I would certainly pay top dollar assuming the parts are all in good working order.
Solved my problem. It turned out to be the pick-up coil in the distributor. The sensor had basically (in electrical terms) opened up (infinite resistance). The normal resistance reading should be about 500 to 1500 ohms. The new unit that I purchased read about 800 ohms right out of the box. The...
I am having the same exact problem with my '88. Have already replaced the coil and ignition module. I am going to perform some test today to see if the pick-up coil is ok.

Since you have removed the Casper unit I would suggest that you clear the codes by disconnecting the battery for a few seconds, re-connect battery, start the car, note symptoms and then re-check codes just to see if they are repeatable.
By the way the 50 pound pressure reading is a little high...

Somewhat contradicting aren't they. Well by now you probably already know that if it's the MAF Sensor it is going to cost you some bucks about $150 or so with a core return BUT I would not jump to that conclusion just yet.
I know for a fact that the car will actually run pretty good with the MAF...
