I think it's a 2000 or 2001 "S".

A friend of mine has one and I just want to prepare myself for his claims as to how inferrior the Corvette is. He used to have older 911s but never seemed to beat me in a race. I have a pretty strong running '92.

Upper right hand corner (passenger side) of the shrowd (at least on a 92) where some of the coolant lines are connected to the radiator.

On my '92 thre is an opening in the shroud on the right side top. I sometimes spray some water in there to knock out the leaves etc.

Any guess on how long GM will continue to make the weatherstripping? Mine are getting a bit worn and I was thing of buying the GM A & B pillar just to have in case GM pulls the plug. Also ant tips on installing it? Is it difficult?

One time my motor stopped working. I gave it a tap with a small hammer and it started again and has worked ever since (about 3 years ago).

When I was rotating my tires I noticed that the grease seal on one of the outer tie rods was torn spewing grease very close to the rotor. Can the seal alone be replaced or does the tie rod end need to be replaced?

I want to get my powerseat track assembly rebuilt and don't want to do a core exchange for my '92. The rebuilt one I received from MAD was a loose POS. The motor was held on with a plastic strap not firmly attached to the frame and If I had installed it I would have a rocking chair not a car...

If you are looking at the frame from the front, the stamp should be on the right front portion of the frame next to the bolt hole where it bolts to the floor. I wish I could find the place MAD send them to be rebuilt. They tell me to send it to them but it could take 2 or 3 weeks to get mine...

My 92 is perfect NCRS quality, I wanted to maintain the original frame with the correct number stampings (Date stamp etc). I ordered a rebuilt frame from MAD thinking I could swap the gear housing from the rebuilt one to mine. But that doesn't look possible. Also the frame they sent was so loose...

can I transfer the gear housing from one seat from to another or is it rivited to the seat frame.

Is it possible to swap the powerseat transmission between frames? I ordered a rebuilt one from MA but the frame itself is very loose compared to mine. I'm afraid that if I used that one my seat would move around.
