    Stock Z06 Low 11's

Hey Remo, The best times I've run in the 1/4 was a 12.6. I'm just an average guy at 56 years old that used to race back in the 70's. My Z06 is completely stock with the exception of the addition of a Hurst T-Handle. No headers, slicks, aftermarket air intake or any other mods. I remember...

Which cleaning products for Special Edition 427 Z06

My Z06 is babied as many other Corvettes are. I don't drive it in the winter or a lot of harsh weather. With that said, I just don't need to use a swirl remover followed by a bullet proof sealant, then polish and finally a coat of wax. All this work and added expense just doesn't make a whole...

    2002 Z06 tire noise

I have 15K on my 04 Z06 and road noise seems to be pretty acceptable. It keeps most passengers from trying to carry on conversations. Between the tires and the titanium exhaust there just isn't room for much more...:D:D

    Blue Devil buyers list

As long as you'll be able to afford one. Rumor has it that these beauties will be priced between $100,000 to $125,000 and that doesn't include dealer mark up. The Ford GT when originally unveiled was to hey the street at $95,000, what were the dealers finally getting for them; $150,000 +? If...

Popular Mechanics Gets the Hard Facts on Chevy’s Supercharged ‘Vette

The Corvette is not inexpensive by any means and can be afforded by most. I paid $52,000 for my 2004 Z06 and while it was more than I really wanted to pay I could still afford it. :beer If GM decides to raise the bar to $100,000 to $125,000 they'll be putting Americas only true sports car out...

So...how many of us take our Vetts out if it is raining?

In general, if it's raining I don't take it out. Having said that, I've been out cruising several times and got caught in the rain. :ohnoes :ohnoes :ohnoes

    5 Star Shine System

The 5 Star Shine System is advertised on the CAC website and didn't know if anyone here has used it. It looks promising but I figured I'd toss out the questions and see if anyone here has used it and your thoughts. http://www.5starshine.com/spo.html
