Reading through this thread made me thankful to be lucky enough to hone my Corvette coolness all year long. No wonder us Florida peeps are not only better golfers but have a higher coolness quotient than our northern contemporaries. There is absolutely no truth to the rumors that we buy...

I noticed the C5 also. Maybe things are not going too well at White Castle or he might be driving a ZR1, I sure would be. He was also the cheapest when it came to toss some goodies at the star employees. I remember when the only place you could get sliders was in the Bronx.

Agreed!! I don't believe for a minute that he would share the plans of closing down the Corvette, even if he did know himself. He needs to say what he thinks will be good for GM and coming out in an interview that the Corvette future is not certain is not in the best interest of GM.

That looks great, I think it updates the C5 very nicely. And you can't beat the price either! :thumb

It is so hard for me to understand why GM had such a poblem with this and a 3rd party was able to come up with a fix. How many years have they been making these column locks (like it does any good) and they have a problem with the Corvette.

I need one or two C5 OEM Goodyear runflat tires. I just got a nail in mine that can't be repaired. I only need one but will take two if that's what's for sale. I'm jsut looking to put off the whole set for a little while.
