So what would this mean does this mean the highest I can down shift into the gear is the speed it says? Into 2 (Second) gear over120 km/h (75 mph). . Into 1 (First) gear over 68 km/h(42 mph).

Hey what's up guys my names Damian and I have a 2013 grand sport 1LT corvette bought it used a week ago with 60,000 miles on it and I was wondering is it bad to down shift from 2nd gear at 45mph to first gear and also what about downshifting from 3rd gear at 55mph to second? Need help a little...
