I just finished the update with my fuel flow. I removed the sending unit/pick up. I did not have to drop the tank but it was tight. I attached photos of the filter sock. You couldn’t see any light through it at all. Thanks for your help. Car run stronger and fuel pressure is stable.
Thanks for your reply. The pump is much lower than the tank. When the car is running you can see the fuel filter is only 1/4 full and you can see slow flow entering the filter. When shut off it takes over night to fill back up above the center of the filter. Another thing that is pointing me to...

Pump has return feature and line is clear
I have been tracking this problem for 3 years. The pump was changed in a fix effort. Proper GM pump with return. Return line clear. Will update if this works...or not. I know a lot of folks who have vapor lock problems. Quite a few C3 late models...
