Paul, just ordered a brand new oil pressure sending unit, took off the intake manifold, changed it for a new one and Great! Oil pressure guage running llike normal. Shut her down and three hours later.........pegged at 80psi again! Ok, time to drive home. Next day, psi gauge all over the place...

Paul, can I ask you something? If the sending unit is bad, and if we drive it like that for awhile, can it leak? I have the same symptoms posted, and an oil leak from what I believe to be the sending unit. herbie

C4C5, guess what? It appears that the dealer replaced the actuator, when i replaced the coolant tank, July 13 of this year. The receipt says blend door clicking, replaced with 89018365 actuator. Could this still be the problem?? Herbie

Yes, two codes: B0441 h/c (this one continues to come back after clearing the dic) B0361h When i clear the dic i can hear the ACTUATOR moving. There is a writeup on the other forum about indexing two teeth, or needing a 2001+ actuator assembly. I could use the part#. I am going to try to get...

C4C5 , same problem Paul, I had to disconnect the battery to fix the headlight motor gear, ac was working fine. Same problem again, driver side ac hot and passenger cold. Pulled 27, no luck. what am i doing wrong? Herbie
