    Managed to get under car. Cable is intact and connected. Rear rod and spring are in place. Connection at mid point is fine. Seems as though cable is not connected to the pull handle.     Installed the Luk 04-021 last weekend. What a difference. Turned out the clutch removed was a 3 fingered pressure plate, and marks clearly indicated where the throw-out bearing was making uneven contact. Lesson learned.
