I replaced the belt with a gatorback tonight and hit it with some belt dressing prior to installing it. Tensioned it correctly and the squeal went away. There is no slipping now when the power steering pump is loaded. Thanks all

The molded piece on the door almost comes into contact with the area where the lower pillar piece is. I dont think any amount of trimming, short of cutting it off, would make them clear each other.
