I was looking to do the same thing, since new foam and covers were more expensive than some nice c6 seats I found. I asked the vendor the same question, and he said the c5 seat rails would have to be used, but the seats would work. I am also curious about the electrical connections. Hopefully...

Totally agree. They look as dumb as the ones I've seen on the occasional c2. Plus, down the road if you ever want to sell it, you're going to have a tougher time.

It's either Mid America or Corvette Central that has everything you need to build a C1. I know I bought a lot of stuff from them for my 62.

Those are codes to the door control modules. Are you having problems with the door locks or windows not working? It wouldn't cause your starting problems.

Most local locksmiths can get you the fob and key for less than fleabay. Try one in your town.

Is the switch not releasing or the gas shocks not raising the cover? If it's the shocks, go to www.liftsupportsdepot.com Their prices are the best. It takes about two minutes to pop the bad ones out and pop the new ones in. If it's not the switch, this will solve the problem.
