First off, I believe a welcome is in order. :w I'm not sure they keep those kind of records. I think the best you can do is extrapolate the information by the total numbers to determine probable possibilities. Don't ask me to do that for you, as Math was never my strong suit.:boogie

Well, first off, welcome aboard. :w Been a long time since I had my C5, but as I recall this is a common problem, but I don't remember the solution. I'll do some searching to see if I can find that for you.
