hello from Toronto / Mississauga .. Hey Vette fans; I'm from Etobicoke, (near Toronto) and a very happy C6 owner. A 2005 Machine silver coupe, w/ auto. trans. But I took this photo in Mississauga. The radical buildings in the background are referenced as "The Marlyins' (after Marlyn Monroe)...

Don't get me wrong, I like the C7 and the direction it is going. But as a C6 owner, I find the Height, or "stance" a little too high . And the tires could be a little wider (just sayin'):upthumbs

Just an observation having owned both C4 and C6 'Vettes. The seat belts on C4 Corvettes feature a "Chinch" button so you can tighten your seat belt for "Spirited" driving. But the C6, with more HP does NOT have this feature! Does anyone know when ? or why? GM stopped this ? Thanks, Don.

Hi; AV8R; not sure what you mean about the "auto headlamp door feature" perhaps I never used it, but it did have DRL's. Some things I like over the C4 are; 1). the lower entry levels, 2). newer technology and, 3). easier targa top removal. Hope you enjoy your '08 as much as I am enjoying...

Hi Mac; After talking w/ a friend who does his own oil changes, I came to the conclusion that it's a lot less pain to go and get it done at say, Mr. Lube where there are no hoists. My concern was about having the car lifted, and possible damage to the panels etc. Thanks for the advice. Cheers...

Not that simple,(it was more than just that), we saw obvious damage, the door and emblem are merely clues as to underlying problems . And when we questioned the dealer, they claimed to not know anything about it. So they were not being honest with us.
