I did a code check and getting codes 31,33,35

Ok i did a fuel pressure test ......engine running..38psi....engine not running.....36psi and that is where it stayed.. held

No black smoke......

I replaced regulator and fuel pump, because it seemed like it was the problem, being that if the pressure was low it would not start or the pump going bad.........

I have a 94 vette, it seems when i go to start the engine it will turn over but not start, it may take me 5-6 times of trying to crank it to get it to start, then sometimes it runs fine other time it bogs real bad but then rpms go way up then runs fine.I replaced the regulator and the fuel...
