Thanks!!

Hi, after trying to change out the pinion seal today on my 80' vette, I was stopped by not being able to remove the yoke. The nut came off with no problems and I tried to pry behind it a little but nothing, wouldnt budge! Anyone have any sugestions on how to get it off? Would it be better to...
This is awesome, so much good information from everyone! Seeing that the stock combustion size is 75.47cc's, would it be safe to say that with the regular vortech's heads 64cc chamber would make the static compression ratio around 10:1? I'm not too sure, a new cam will deffinetly change that...
Thanks DarkShark78! Sounds like a good magazine article, they wouldnt have that one online would they? The stock compression on my enigne is 8.5:1. I dont know the stock head size cc's so cant really estimate what the compression would be bumped up to, anyone know this?
Thanks,
Zack

Hi, took mine off on my 80. All I did was take a flat punch and smack it out, didnt take much at all and i could still reuse the retainer too. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, I have been noticing a "bumping" noise from the rear of my car lately and come to find out the the lower differential bushing is totaly rotted away. This was cause by diff lube lekaing from the pinion seal but I dont have the $$$ to mess with the diff right now and want to do the...
That would be cool to get some people togather for a little show. I have been in North Carolina for the past year and a half for school and the weather down here is so nice compared to rochester, its gonna be hard coming back to that, haha.
