    Black Vette Finish Care

Doug - Product choice is a highly personal preference discussion. The process is always the most important aspect, and it's best if you can try a few different products to see what *you* like best. For car wash, I typically use Zaino Z7, Griot's Car Wash, or Meguiar's NXT Wash. For a sealant...

    New ZAINO product

As long as you apply it very thinly, it works as advertised.

    The Absorber

Be cautious when using the Absorber. They have no nap to "cushion" any missed dirt, etc., which can lead to scratching and/or swirling. I prefer and recommend a quality waffle weave microfiber towel

    Armour All Or Not?

Armor All is a water-based dressing and will not have a negative effect on the dash or other interior pieces. It may not be my first choice of interior dressing, but it won't harm anything.

    Newbie Waxer Wants Help

There's not necessarily a concrete definition for every term used in detailing. I was just clarifying that Z5 Pro and Z2 Pro are pure sealants and not abrasive/cleaning polishes. :)

    Newbie Waxer Wants Help

Technically, Zaino Z5 Pro and Z2 Pro are pure sealants, not polishes. True polishes have abrasives and/or cleaners. :)

There are a multitude of products out there that will look great (some more durable than others). It really boils down to how often you are wanting to apply something.

    Chrome Wheels

Although sealants are primarily designed for paint, they work on any hard, non-textured surface - paint, glass, wheels, bumpers (chrome and paint), etc. I wax/seal every exterior surface except for the tires and textured trim

Has anyone used the Foam Master Foam Gun??

I would recommend covering the vehicle in foam *and* using a bucket also (two actually). This is not correct. It works very nicely in the foam gun.

    blower

A leaf blower (electric) is a great option. If money isn't really a concern, there's the Metro Vacuum/Blower.
