Don't know, I ended up sending them back since I am thinking about selling my Z06 and the tires on it are still ok. Didn't think new tires would get me any more money. That was a concern of mine since age was the only reason I was replacing them.
They were ordered from Action Tire in Aston Pa.
You can apply wax right away.
It is a hobby of mine trying different waxes and sealants and I have tried just about every one out there and found that Zaino is one of the best IMHO. Give it a try. :thumb
I hate to say it but I think this is the beginning of the end of the Viper. :cry :(
I guess the only good thing that can come of this is my Viper will become an instant classic.
I have to agree with Doug. Proper prep in the key and follow up with Zaino. It is a hobby of mine trying different car care products and I have tried just about every one of them all the way up to some of the most expensive nuba's and feel that Zaino is the best in both looks and durability.
The original Goodyear F1 SC
or Michelin PS2
or Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval
The Firestones are the best price but I am leaning towards the Goodyear since they are original equipment and I think they look best.
What did you do and why?
If other specify which tire and why?
Pinnacle Souveran is a real nice wax that is applied using the WO WO method that gives you a crisp clear look and looks great on dark solid colors such as black although it does have one major downfall and that is it has no durability at all. If you don't mind waxing your car every couple weeks...
Isn't every red blooded Corvette owner a Zaino user? :confused
Nothing but Zaino for me. It is a hobby of mine trying different car care products and I have tried just about every one and have to say that Zaino is by far the best in both looks and durability. :upthumbs
It is a hobby of mine trying different car care products and I have tried just about every one out there and I keep returning to Zaino for both it's looks and durability. :upthumbs
I just put a GMPP on my 02 for another 4 years for $2000 with a $50 deductable. That comes to $500 a year and I though THAT was high. If it is not a GMPP I would not even bother with it. If you have a GMPP already you can extend it as long as you do it 3 months before the existing policy...
I agree, they are VERY similar cars with the C6 obviously having a little more hp and being a little more civil with less noise and heated seats etc. I am not sure the C6Z is worth the premium you need to pay to upgrade but if you have it go for it.
