If you can't get into the reprogramming mode...then the problem, I think, would be with the PKE module.
If you could re-program a fob then it shud delete the the other transmitters?????
You can check the basic functions by holding the Fan up arrow & the fan down arrow at the same time for approximately 5 seconds. The LDC display should show "-00".
Push auto fan & the display will show any trouble codes.
The coupe has 2 antennas. They are located in the drivers door & the rear of the hatch.
I suggest you check your door ajar switches & make sure they are functioning properly.

I'd research & try to find out if the pump from a 95 is compatible with your 93.
The 95 pump has centrifugal vanes & no diaphragm. When my acted up, the same as yours, I disassembled it, lubed it & it has been fine since
The "SYS" you see flashing is an indication of a fault that the CCM has detected. Look under CCM in your FSM, in particular "diagnosis, for my 95 it is Book 1, 8D-4.
You may find instructions to manually interrogate the CCM.

I'm sure you checked the battery in the FOB. The fob will open the pass/door & hatch (only) when the system is off. When the PKE is functioning normally & is active you can program the system to open the doors on a selective basis.
System is turned "on" & "off" by holding down the door button...
