Mike, I took it to the transmission shop today. I'm in a time crunch and need to get it fixed. The guy gives a 6 month warranty. Not much I know, but don't have alot of options at this point. In 6 months, I may be in a better financial position to buy a GM rebuilt if needed. Ken
