You will have to have something fabbed up.
This was one of the first things I looked for in vain when I got my Vette. It's hard to believe no one makes a set.
I had a local custom exhuast shop in the area here make me a straight pipe for my Camaro which had special clamps they called V-flanges...
a 3.73 will fit in the Dana 36.
Since you do alot of highway driving you might want to stick with the 3.54. I don't know, talk to some people with 3.73's who also do alot of highway drivingand see what they have to say.
I would think 3.73's would still be pretty tolerable on the highway.
I...
Finally someone gets it ;)
Just to note the 3" B&B system price had dropped recently, it's now around $9XX, not much more than the Corsa.
As for that 15hp gain  These manufactures can make all the claims they want, as I stated I saw 0 gain in the 1/4 mile with the addition of the...

LT1 Edit. The cost is going to be about the same as the Hypertech but it will worth the investment for two...
in 94 GM1 is the 2.59 , G92 is a 3.07
Get 3.73 gears, the cost difference should be minimal. I don't think you're going to be as happy going from a 3.07 to a 3.54.
Mid America is the LAST place you should buy a new opti from.
If you need a new opti there are a couple places you can get it from way cheaper
Jeff Kopp @ Superior Chevy 800-728-8267
or
call Sam Smith in Las Vegas 800-395-1440
if I am not mistaken GMparts direct even has better prices than MAD.
I also have the Walbro GS307 and paid around the same from
www.precisionte.com/
It's $92.00 rated at 255lph @ 70psi. supports over 600hp
If you need more then get the 340 which is $129 is rated 255lph@80psi. supports 750hp
My friend who has a Grand National running low 11's also was using...
if your car is stock then I would leave the shift points alone.
As far as fan temps go, if you choose to use the Hypertech Power Tuning Combination (with the 160 Tstat) the fans will turn on at 172F and off at 165F.
If you choose to do the Custom Power Tuning Combination (with the 160 Tstat)...
Anything with long tubes & no cats is going to be loud -lol
I was not bashing Corsa in my post, sorry if I came off that way, like I also said in my post to each his own. For the record I have heard the Corsa @ WOT, in fact I was pretty close to buying the Corsa until I heard it on a car...
There is a place up here near the Chicago area called Finish Line Performance. It used to be Finish Line Exhaust and Performance Transmission. They have bascially merged into one.
Talk to Chuck Johnson, I had him rebuild a 700R4 for me a few years back. He does excellent work and is reasonably...
I'm using the Hypertech power programmer on my 94 right now, only using the lower fan temp, calibration for the gear change, and trans shift firmness.
Didn't notice a difference with the "performance tuning" at the track or on the street.
If you have any plans on doing alot of modifications to...
I don't think I have ever heard it put better than that and I coudn't agree more.
I have riden in a car with the Corsa, the no resonance is nice but the system seemed quieter than the stock one and wasen't very loud at WOT .
Maybe it's just me but if you're going to replace the stock system...
Rich,
You can use up to 3.73's in the Dana 36 but I believe you'll need to change the carrier if you currently have a 2.73 or 2.59 gear . I'm not sure if the 3.08's carrier is compatible for a 3.45 or higher gear, maybe someone else knows.
I bought mine as a complete assembly, just the pumpkin...
