Congratulations on the Y2K vert, I just got mine a couple of weeks ago and I love it.

I was leaning toward not using the Armor All that I have but I am convinced that I shouldn't. Have some Maguires Gold Class Leather cleaner and conditioner so I will take Junks advice and use that only. I don't want to mess my car up just trying to clean it.

My problem is that the 2000 owner's manual also mentions Armor All under vehicle care/appearance materials. So is it alright the interior or not?

I have used Armor All for years but lately have been hearing more and more that this product can actually dry out the plastics. I finally got my dream car and I want the best for it.

I know the area, I used to have a house just east of Ward Road on 72nd. I make sure that I wave at all Vettes, if I see them in enough time. But I have had a few other C5's not return the salute.

I never got the chance to meet Ken but I did read many of his posts. I think a fitting tribute to this incredible car guy would be for all of us that haven't already done so, to become organ donors. It is too late for Ken but we can maybe help others. There are too many people on waiting lists...

Actually the dealer that I got it from hired some one new to detail it and they used a power polisher :ohnoeson it. They are going to take in next week and hand polish to get the marks out. But yes I will get some good microfiber towels to wax it.
