ok here's some video from the show. Clarkson has a love/hate relationship with the 'vette. Not quite what I remember, but judge for yourself:
BTW, he calls it the Zed Oh Six....
Top Gear Z06
And another view from 5th Gear:5th Gear Z06 Drive
The piece obviously has some age on it. There are other Clarkson videos on youtube showing him destroying other marques/vehicles in different ways.
However, I seem to recall a Top Gear piece on the Z06 that was highly complementary. They ran the ring with it, if I recall correctly. I'll see...
At first blush, I think this concept is fugly... It has the BMW Z4 swoopy, saggy body line that looks a NYC taxi backed into it... The front is too Ferrari-esqe to retain ANY Corvette heritage.... Nope not for me.....
OH yeah, and fake wood inside? Puhleeze....
And in the correct color, too...:upthumbs
Midyearvettes, what fob came with your 07? Did you get the one with the integrated key? My very early 07 came with the 2006 fob, and separate key.

And, in 1993 I passed on a basket case 1970 LT1. Guy only wanted a grand for it and I was stupid about LT1s at the time... But it was a numbers...
Except my very early 2007 didn't receive this feature. I have the fob with the separate key, not the "integrated" key...
Guess the factory had some old stock to use up first....
Update.
Althought the airbag warnings look as if they are painted on the visors, they are just adhesive labels. I tried the goof off, and nothing was happening, except I saw one corner of the warning label start to come up. Moving to a label/adhesive remover I was able to peel both labels...
I'm also a "Just drive the thing, stuff happens". And this is my first Corvette. But, people look at things differently.
Just the other day I was sitting a stop light when a landscape technician working on the lawn next to me began using a leaf blower to clean the sidewalk. Cut grass was...
