Smooth air "coupler" installed today and a question

Glad too see your back CD95. I'm an Old Dog also and know what to expect when it comes to lads and their cars. As far as the Air-Foil goes I put one in my 88 and noticed a diifferent exhaust note at idle, smoother acceleration and all around better performance, did it make it the fastest car on...

Smooth air "coupler" installed today and a question

Just remember Dude, if you feel the air coupler and the foil made a difference than that's great. And also keep in mind that when you talk Corvette's to some folks your talking Penus's and some need to have the fastest. Just my .02. C-ya

    Question: Wheel bearings

If the mechanic has worked on the Vette set up before and pre-loads the bearings correctly you should be o-kay and yes, I would do both sides.:upthumbs

Restored Corvette Burns in SE Bend Garage

Yeah, Dis-connect is the only way to go. I'd rather replace a battery than have a fire because of a chewy mouse or other electrical issue, no battery tender for me.

WWR - Said promises to give Biffle a 'black eye'

To each his own but, racing to me is boring. Now we have drivers acting like Hockey Players when things don't go their way and the fans love it.

No power at all at speed (1988 C4)

We'll have to check that too. Ah, The Hindenberg(Avatar) Disaster. A flying bomb, with people underneath it, it was pretty obvious after it happened. Kind of like OBL Kamikazee'ing the US, that was obvious too after it happened. It's been done before in history. Getting back to the 88's, makes...

No power at all at speed (1988 C4)

I have an 88 and it has pup cats and a main. I had the raw fuel smell and it was the leaking injectors.

Could my headders be the reason my vette is overheating? o_O

I know that this has been beat to death but, Did you check in between Radiator and condensor?? My 88 was squeaky clean when I bought it, I felt that the cooling wasn't right, I was horrified to find that area loaded with leaves, lottery tickets, cig. wrappers, etc. It looked like a vacumn...

    Warning! Gas Smell

A graphic reason that when I lay-up for the winter it's disconnect not trickle or battery tender. It's much easier to deal with a dead battery than a burned down house with a car in it. Just my .02

    Question: Running too rich

My 88 acted the same, it was the injectors, they ohmed ok but leaked down.
