The AMG E55 has 469 HP / 516ft-lbs toque. It weighs over 4000 pounds. 4.4sec 0-60mph.
No way his E420 will take a C5 or a CTS-V. I'd get a second opinion.:D
Basically it is only a tire removal (The sensor has to be removed if done right)and (Reinstall sensor) mount tire and balance. Then reprogram the tire monitor system. $100 bucks for the sensor. Figure around $160 total. Anthing more than that I would complain to them.
Has anyone noticed that the new Mobil Oil tv commercial for its Mobil Clean 5000 oil features a C6 covertible? Both Mobil and GM recommend using Mobil 1 (or GM's version of Mobil 1) full synthetic oil in a 2005 Corvette. That type of misleading advertising irks me.:mad

You can find a used Z06 titanium exhaust (mufflers) for around $400-$600. A new GM Z06 Titanium exhaust cost around $1500 for the set.
I've heard great things about 2004 Z06 Shocks (Made by Sachs). I am switching my Z51 shocks for these. I hope it reduces the rough ride without sacrificing handling.
note: Bilsteins come in two flavors for the C5; HD or SP (sport).
