I had a really good time as expected. It's the people that make the event what it is. We missed some of the people and met some new people.
I made it home in about 6 hours on the dot. It was nice that the heat wasn't that bad for most of the trip. I only had to crack my passenger window to...
Tom, I emailed you my number.
I'm getting ready to roll out of here. Kinda wishin' I had A/C! :eyerole
I should be rolling into Effingham between 5-6pm local time.
Gonna check in at the hotel first, then see if I can find out where people are.
I'll be doing the final clean up on my car Wednesday morning then splitting out sometime in the mid-afternoon. Probably arrive between 8p-10p local time. (I get to recover an hour on the drive west. :cool!:)
What do you all think about setting up some kind of list with either our room numbers...
At the crank. And I overstepped that one a bit due to memory fade. Based on the article I mentioned at the beginning of this thread (and again here), with somewhat 'simple' mods on the ZZ4, they got 403hp/431tq with just changing out the top parts of the engine (heads, cam, intake, carb).

There is stuff taking place on Thursday and Friday, ending with the dinner and...
I'm not saying this to be critical (and I'm the not the one withholding the attendee list), but what does it's matter "who" is going to be there? Is it one of those things where if so-and-so isn't going, then I'm not going? Or vice-versa?
I will be there. Flying solo this year. :beer
I need to find out the name of the member who owns/owned this car.
It was the People's Choice Award Winner for CruiseFest 2007 in Colorado Springs.

It's already her money. She offered it to me to get me something. Plus, she enjoys the car too!
Why do something like "Vacation!"??? That's a couple days/week of enjoyment with memories that will fade over time.
Upgrading the car allows us to have enjoyment every day we take it out and...
SharkFest won't be forgotten for various reasons. That was my first unofficial CAC outing. I had only heard stories of the previous "Rendezvous".
As for Blender Wars this year...I'm gonna scale it back a little bit. Not get overly creative with the drinks. Keep 'em simple but effective...
