On my 88, the injectors ohmed ok but they leaked/slobbered. Went with Bosch III from FIC for $169.00 and the car never ran better.

That's terrible, you would never expect that sort of thing to happen. It seems like (around here anyway) that the weather is taking down older growth trees, ones that look like they would stand forever. It's a beautiful car, hope it's back on the road soon.

Hi, My 88 makes the exact same click, but only when it sits,normal driving I don't hear it. I hear the click Rev to First when I pull it out of the garage. I hope someone chimes in. I read to remove hub, clean splines, anti-seize splines, torque to specs. Anyboby?????

On my 88, there is a switch in the console and one on each door. I think the latch you were pushing on is for the roof storage.

HI, The magnet in the OD pan will give you a hint if it's been awhile since the ATF has been changed in the OD unit. By all means, change the fluid/filter.

Can't help you on the relay, haven't had that problem yet, check your owners manual, my 88 took Dextron ATF in the O/D unit, you will also need a filter, search this site.

I think, at least on the 88's, Push the O/D button after you start your Vette and it cancels the O/D. I found that out on this site, owners manual was vague. I already jumpered a switch on the tranny and I only get the O/D@ 120 degrees eng. temp in 4th gear, before or after that occurs if I hit...
