lol well, you did shift pretty well. You know, it's weird that I can't drive a manual car all that well. My mom is a natural, and my dad isn't too shabby either.
...:L McDonalds...
Here's some pics from inside:
My numero uno dream car--though I prefer Verde Miura (lime green)

Me? Take pictures? I don't know what you're talking about. :gap
LOL you are probably a blast to ride with John. "70 MPH SPEED LIMIT? NO WAY, MY LIMIT'S A LOT HIGHER THAN THAT!" ;LOL
I'm 6 feet tall. When I sat in the car Chris is driving around, I wanted to back up the seat, which I could have done, but otherwise I was fine. I have uncommonly long legs for my height, and my knees were rubbing on the dash with the current position.
6' and 6'5" are two different animals...
I liked the decal there when I saw it. The little tiny emblems on the side aren't noticeable like that one is when you are standing next to the car looking it over.
Do you have any pics of it? I don't have any records of a purple one and would love to see it.
Where in Dallas do you live? I'm just outside Highland Park and Love Field. We should meet up. :beer
Is the car in Dallas as well? I'd like to take a look at it with you.
The current value of the...
28 MPG? You must have experienced the wonders of Texas Highways on your way up there. We always exceed the miles per gallon rating on the window sticker in all three of our cars as we head north (til we reach the hills near Amarillo--my Corolla mileage dips a LOT when we get there). Both Camaros...
:upthumbs Now that's what I'm talkin' about! I'll PM you my phone #.
I'm going to have to work on my manual transmission learning. I have a friend with a worn out Honda Civic that will let me practice on it, so I better take him up on it. I doubt it will feel the same though--it'll probably...
:L Lunch was pretty good, but that area isn't my favorite. I'm sure you drove through several similar areas on your way out of Texas though. :L
It was actually kind of funny when my mom and I were looking for you and the car to figure out where to park. She was like "is that it?"
Me: "No...
Yeah, I need to work on my manual driving skills. :ugh Apparently the only cars I can drive without stalling are a '92 Corvette and my best friends' Mini Cooper S GP.
Hopefully Chris got to see some "ok" Dallas sites. I think he pretty much got a tour of Dallas's armpit. The food was good, but...
I like the hood a lot. It adds interest to the Corvette.
Chris getting attacked by red tiger sharks
I love how the C6 and the Camaros appear to share some external DNA.
Looking at my feet.
Sill plate.
Dash plaque.
Parading out of the parking lot.
Mom takes the subsonic 30...
All three.
Hey wait a minute... is that Sledgehammer? :D
Fortunately today was a lot less hot and humid than days previous. It was 106 yesterday, and 102 and 40% humidity a day or two ago. If it was like that today, we wouldn't have made it in the parking lot that long.
Mark...
(High res available of all pics if anyone wants a specific one or two--PM me)
First, a few choice some-what high res pictures. I'm not all that fond of the camera I brought along. It gets speckles in the sky sometimes and in ALL videos. On hot sunny days, it also reads colors improperly... I...
I was able to meet Chris and Mark for the first time today, as well as my first encounter with a Callaway modified C6. Specifically an SC580. :upthumbs
We had a good lunch at Fuddruckers, and Mark took me for a ride in the SC580. Chris drove Mark's car, and my mom followed in the SS. Mark and...
