Hey Dreamboat - any major mods to your Vette (mechanical or structural) will void the warranty. Cosmetic stuff is OK. Another reason why not to.

Someone let the air out of my head yesterday - that's what I get for not reading thru the whole article.
I just called the parts dept. at our local Chevy dealer and was told the kit could be ordered (not in stock) - the price, $37.26.
I also spoke with my mechanic who had this to say -...

Hey we get this a lot down here after a heavy rain. Rx per my Vette tech is to simply drain the tank, get a rather small hand down into the tank and wipe the bladder dry. He swears it works everytime! Pretty cheap try - to boot. :beer jj
