Sup Beau!!! I dont know anyone using TPIS, but my cousins 83 Z28 had headers. Sometimes the headers dont bolt up exactly flush with the heads, this makes a ticking sound because there is an exaust leak. Just thought i would contribute to your topic. :D

Yup, vacuum. That happened to me. I ended up buying a whole new AC/heater control panel. Fixed me right up, but its a chunk of change. Good luck.

Check your tires. Front should be 245/50-16's and the back 255/50-16's if you have 8.5's and 9.5's.
