maybe they will run a de-stroked 5.5 so we can get higher revs and then s/c the z06 for performance. who knows.. I am surprised they are making c7 so soon. running a body for 7-10 years wouldn't hurt.
Running the GY eagle f1 gs-d3's cause they came on the car when I bought it. They are near brand new. They are the Stock vette size's but still seam to hold up under the torque well. Once I track it a few times and burn through them I will upgrade to the same brand but the right sizes.
rated mpg and actual mpg are different. Maybe not huge difference but it it will drop a couple. a couple means a difference of hundreds of dollars in gas a year.
I agree
possibilities are endless with most cars with limitless with a 50+ years made car. the corvette has such a following that you can do ANYTHING you want with the set-up. the z06 make this even easier. first you need to figure out what you are doing with the car(daily driver, street/strip...
great advice. I would tell you the same but also add that when selling the car not to tell the person you are selling to that you "need" to sell the car. needing to sell the car nets you less $$. Wanting to sell the car means you will wait a little longer to get a good deal plus sell to someone...
how often are there events in the NW? I will be back in the summer time 2010 and would love to meet n greet to pick up new contacts, pointers, and stare at some nice cars.
27 y/o, been driving 12 years and over 300k miles(not a truck driver just drive a lot)

I am a SGT in the Army, been in 4 years and plan on retiring.
I am married almost 2 years, 5 year old daughter from previous relationship and I have dreamed of...
wouldn't because it's dumb to drive any RWD in the snow. having to is one thing but the z06 isn't my daily driver so I don't have to.
andyone who lives where it snows and ONLY owns a corvette for transportation isn't very smart.;LOL
my christmas will be in afghanistan but I will enjoy it as much as I can cause my 01 z06 is waiting under the carport for me when I get back...:W
