I did this last year... it's tricky to run the wire and get the light to stay in one spot behind the side port opening used red lights i think it looks great at night...... take a look at my signiture picture i have lights in the gills...

It's good to be a C4 Owner hog-wash.....the c4 is an easy car to get into( especially when the targa roof is stowed away ) I'm 6'3" and have no problems getting in or out i love the c4 style, look and feel. ..it is like getting into a F-15 without the afterburners I love this generation...

Thanks for that compliment :beer: at this point I have 161,355 on the clock and no internal problems/work done.....just the starter and knock sensor were replaced along with the Fan switch.... Still runs great.....
