It wont hurt anything except make your car run cooler which is never a bad thing. I have my fan set to turn on at about 170. If you have the stock Tstat in it will never get cool enough to hurt anything. And it wont hurt your gas mileage because the fan is electric.

I think my lug wrench is fastened to the hood on the passenger side by the headlight. The jack is in the spare tire carrier under the car in the back.

Probably has to get really hot, but I have heard others with the dual fan system saying that is how the fans are supposed to operate. I only have one fan and the stock temp to come on was around 230 I think. I had mine reprogramed to turn on at like 180ish.

Yeah somebody probably jumped the fans to start when the key turns on. Not really a bad thing since they are electronic.

Do they run even with the car off? Do you have your AC on when the car is running? Or do the fans run nonstop as soon as you turn the key to the "on" position.
