I have a renegade and the crossfie runs faster than my 85 TPI. It spins the tires when it shifts into 2nd gear. It runs 14.0 in the 1/4 mile now with tons of wheel spin, with slicks it would be a high 13 second car. I installed the renegade myself it was pretty easy everything went together...

I don't use synthetic, I run natural oil from crude. If you run low just add some cheap stuff at the gas station, less stress than worrying about finding your brand in a pinch.

When you say the runner divider removed on the latest version of your crossfire, do you mean at the head end of the intake or the runner inlet end? Did your intake melt or is it still intacted? Could you post some pictures of your intake modifications. My previous post was to get your mind...
