John,
I got my DB's at spring Carlilse there first on so far only trip there, really liked them compared to the Coker's. And they performed well during the Corvette parade also.

Maybe Tod made a mistake, is was probably NCRS restored VNV (Mark) was wearing one of there shirts at Carlisle, Not Correctly Restored Sting-ray
Tom :D
'Heaven,
Glad you got a maiden voyage under your belt before the snow flies, funny you did it today, I put mine away for the year today, of course if we get a couple 80* days I can always get it back out.
Tom
Barry,
I good stainless person can straighten, and fix the dings in the stainless, it is the same as doing bodywork though very labor intensive, you might ask this question on the NCRS site on who others might recomend.

And see in this months issue Terry M. from Proteam is selling his personal 7 1957's for $650,000, and in the same issue he has a few 57's for less than $80K that are bloomington and NCRS certified? They must be worth more since his name is on the title right :D
Tom
I had a similar problem last year was heat soak on the starter motor, ordered a heat shield from a mid 70's Bigblock truck from the local GM dealer and it solved the problem, might be worth a try.
Tom M
Glad to see that you are getting some progress, at least you are getting good winter storage :D And he is taking time for the primers to vent so you don't get any solvent pop.
Tom
No, they are Blue with an orangish yellow, let me see what year stickers I have, I have a plate no problem with that, they used the same plate untill the mid-70's and I carefully peel back the stickers and give them to friends.
