Maybe they ran through a giant pink cupcake with white icing, it just needs washed.
That’s somebody’s vision of what they wanted their Corvette to be. Looks like they enjoyed it... 95K miles.

air1jpg, I visited the Chevy dealer to ask if they had the part in stock.
Parts guy let me know that he can no longer get the part, it’s been discontinued. He couldn’t locate one for me. If I find any other sources for that clamp, I'll post it here.

I’ve purchased from Taber several times now for OEM parts that are simply no longer available at the GM parts counter. I email them a photo of the part I’m searching for, they’ve never let me down, the pieces they have sent have been boxed/wrapped well and in very good condition.

Please keep us up to date on your progress!

Did the “pizza box” come with every new ZR-1 from ‘90–‘95, or was it only offered with the early Z’s? Also, did the box have the respective cars serial number imprinted or stamped anywhere on the package?
Thanks for any help!

Thanks 6 Shooter, I hadn’t visited that site before. Very nice rides throughout! I’m more than halfway through Heart of the Beast. Great book and information on the development of the LT-5/ZR-1. Keep finding my self visiting the ZR-1Net Registry and pricing Z’s. There’s a Dark Red Metallic ’94...
Hi, Jane Ann!
Thank you! I just wish my Photobucket account wasn’t giving me grief. I seem to have lost the photos of my engine compartment. :hb
