Hi guys, fixed it. Just in case you ever run into this problem, here's what you have to do: Wheel has to come off. The little plastic tube receiver ONLY comes out from the back of the wheel. You'll need a couple of tiny flathead screwdrivers to depress the small tabs which hold it in place...
