Thanks Jane Ann.
I saw the repair thread too and I was ready to try it out. In fact in one of the threads Rhino glue was used and I ordered it (it is on my kitchen counter now :) ) but since the opportunity for the new car popped up I did not have to try it out.
I will have the NPP exhaust...
No question. The difference in light is turely amazing. There is a very defined light pattern also. When I am leaving in the mornings my lights shine directly on my neighbor's house and the light has almost a straight line cutoff at the top of the light. It is almost as if there were a straight...
Thanks Eric. There are some interesting things about this car. I have posted some of this already but I think it is worth summarizing:
I am coming from the C5 forum. I just traded my '02 vert (loaded) for a 2008 1LT JSB coupe. I loved my C5 (and my 1988 C4 coupe before it) so I am not about to...
I just traded my '02 roadster for this. My back glass was just getting ready to drop. I understand that there is no fix except a new top ($1,700 - $3,200 depending on where it comes from).
Also I really like the fact that my coupe is water tight. My vert was not.:D
Of course when you want...
Our Little Rock news usually says it is 97 or 98 but my car says it is 102-103 (as do the outdoor thermometers). I am ready for fall already.
Are you coming to Eureka Springs in October?:thumb
Thanks Jason. I am partial to black and I think they are the best looking when clean and swirl-free. I just don't have the knack that you guys have keeping black paint in great shape.:thumb
My '02 vert (I traded it on this one) was black and it was beautiful until it was in full sun. You could really see the swirl marks in the sun.
This one is automatic. I walked into the dealership and I told the sales guy that I wanted a six speed-period. The only six speeds on the lot were...
It is not a great day for pics since it is overcast. I want to take photos soon where I can get good shots of how the paint changes depending on the lighting.
This is car is a real dream to drive.:thumb
Well I am male and I just bought a new JSB. I compared it very closely with side-by-side black, AO, VY, MR and Victory Red. In the end JSB was absolutely teh right choice. BTW: My wife thinks it is the best looking vette I've had.:D Pics tomorrow.
I will post pictures soon. I wish that I could have kept the convertible too but that just was not in the cards. Also, the dealership now can take care of the rear window coming loose.:D
I went back to the dealership yesterday at noon and parked in front of my JSB. It was sitting beside a black coupe and an atomic orange Z06. Next to that was a yelocity(?) yellow coupe followed by a mag. red and victory red coupe.
So I spent about 30 minutes really comparing the colors. A...
