I had a "02" and I loved the way it sounded at idle. At speed no problem with excessive noise. My "05" now doesn't have the idle sound like the "02" I miss that rumble. At speed or leading up to it the "05" sounds different but by no means loud.

I lease my 2002 and looking now for a 05. My 02 coupe fully loaded cost me almost $800 a month with no money down. $2000 deposit, and out the door. I should have the details on the new one today or tomorrow. By the way it was a 39 month lease.

Had my exhaust plate on for over 3 years. Never a problem. Just be sure to clean the area where your sticking it with alcohol. I even removed mine from my 99 and replaced the tape to re-install. Been up to 140+

The squeak I don't know but I had a rattle that at first drove me crazy. Of course I thought of all the hard things first but it turned out that the passenger seatbelt buckle was rattling on the door, right by the reflector. So simple but I missed it so many times. Just a thought.

The past 2 days my 2002 coupe when trying to start the engine it acts like it's going to start but then just dies. Usually the second try the engine starts up fine. No codes. Any ideas???

The only problem with that is I've already got a ticket while parked with no front plate. There's got to be a better way.....

Just thought I'd let anyone know that was interested that the car went back intoday. They found a vacuum hose loose at the thottle body. My guess is they knocked it off. Have a great weekend.

Ok let's try this again. 2 wires replaced, car runs much better, however, the idle is a little rough. I'm thinking maybe due to the bad wires that the plugs may be slightly fouled. No codes, full throttle ok, just low revs are rough. Maybe just a good blast down the highway will clear things up...
